At Vaishnav Catalyst, all sales and service engagements are final. We maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy. Once a project has been initiated or payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By engaging our services, customers explicitly agree to our terms via a Digital Signature.
The customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the “No Refund” terms prior to the commencement of work.
Once the digital agreement is signed, it serves as a binding contract, and the client waives any right to a refund or chargeback.
Vaishnav Catalyst provides professional digital services, custom web development, and consulting.
No Returns: Because our services are intangible and delivered digitally (e.g., custom code, design, or consultancy), they cannot be returned, exchanged, or reversed once provided.
Delivery is Final: Upon delivery of the service or digital files, the transaction is considered complete and non-reversible.
The client is responsible for reviewing all work during the development phase. By signing off on project milestones or making a payment, the client confirms their satisfaction with the services rendered up to that point.
