Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vaishnav Catalyst website (the “Site”) at vaishnavcatalyst.com or any sub-domains thereof, or by engaging our consulting services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

Vaishnav Catalyst (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a startup-growth consultancy registered in India, operating as a community-focused initiative by the team behind ConsultUp India.

2. Services Overview

We provide premium consulting, filing, registration, funding-advisory, compliance and digital-growth services to Indian startups, founders and small businesses. Our services include (but are not limited to):

  • Company incorporation and registrations (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, Partnership)
  • Government scheme facilitation (DPIIT / Startup India, MSME / Udyam, ISO, FSSAI, BIS, GeM, Trademark)
  • Funding and grant consultation (SISFS, 80-IAC, seed/angel/VC connect, pitch decks)
  • Annual and event-based compliance (ROC, GST, TDS, income tax)
  • Digital growth (branding, websites, social media, performance marketing)

Specific deliverables, timelines and charges for each engagement are defined in the individual proposal, statement of work or invoice shared with the client before engagement begins.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. Account, Enquiries and Communications

You may submit enquiries through our contact, book-a-call or product-checkout forms. By submitting, you consent to receive communications from us via phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email regarding your enquiry and our Services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying “STOP” or by emailing us at vaishnavcatalyst@gmail.com.

5. Payments, Fees and Government Charges

  • Service fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.
  • Government / statutory fees (MCA, GST, DPIIT, Trademark, FSSAI, etc.) are charged at actuals and may change without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed through Razorpay and other RBI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
  • For funded packages, an advance is non-refundable (see Refund Policy). Balance is payable per the milestone schedule in the proposal.

6. Delivery, Timelines and Client Obligations

Timelines begin only after the client provides complete, accurate information and any required documents (KYC, identity, address, business details). Delays in providing documents will extend timelines commensurately. We are not responsible for delays caused by government portals, third-party agencies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, downloadable resources and software — is the property of Vaishnav Catalyst or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any material from the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, government portals or resources for your convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such third parties. Use them at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability of the Site or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our Services are advisory in nature. While we exercise reasonable skill and care, we do not guarantee approval, sanction or award of any government scheme, grant, loan, registration or certificate. Final outcomes are determined by the relevant government authority or funding body.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaishnav Catalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vaishnav Catalyst, its founder, employees, partners and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Services, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including but not limited to IP, disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability and governing law).

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

15. Changes to These Terms
